For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
TEVTA is procuring training materials (tools, equipment, consumables) for Civil and Mechanical Technology programs at a single college.
Contract value PKR 875,000 indicates small-to-medium institutional supply. Single-stage bidding with cost-only evaluation means specification compliance and pricing are equally critical—no technical scoring to offset weak rates. Delivery to one location simplifies logistics but requires exact adherence to material specifications. No indication of repeat orders; appears one-off consumable/equipment replenishment for academic year.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. Typically, businesses must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration. SECP registration not mentioned; if supplying goods only (not services), SECP incorporation may not be mandatory. No PEC category mentioned—construction material classification suggests material suppliers, not contractors.
