Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Eastern Zone CMG in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for uplifting and beautification projects under ADP No. 949. This procurement includes two primary schemes: the rehabilitation of Rampura Bazar and Sikandar Pura in Peshawar City with an estimated cost of 30 million Rupees, and the provision and fixing of planters throughout Peshawar City valued at 10 million Rupees. The bidding process follows a single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered with the PEC, Local Council Board, and KPPRA, and must maintain an active status with the FBR. Bidders are required to submit their proposals electronically via the EPADS portal while also providing hard copies in separate sealed technical and financial envelopes. A 2% earnest money deposit is mandatory for participation. The deadline for electronic and physical bid submission is 12:30 PM on 14 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 2:00 PM on the same day.
