RENOVATION WORKS AT CICT DEPARTMENT - IBA CITY CAMPUS

The IBA Institute of Business Administration in Karachi, Sindh invites quotations for comprehensive renovation works at the CICT Department located within the Towfiq H. Chinoy Building at the City Campus. The project scope encompasses dismantling works, aluminum and glass installations, false ceiling setup, and window blind works. Specific tasks include the supply and fixing of aluminum glazed partitions with tempered glass, the installation of glass doors, and the provision of new double-glazed aluminum windows. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for dismantling existing cupboards and partitions, repairing existing windows, and installing new gypsum plain false ceilings. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 30, 2026, at the City Campus to allow bidders to assess the project requirements. Interested firms must submit their quotations to the Purchase Department at the IBA Main Campus on University Road. The final deadline for the submission of quotations is 11:00 AM on 04 May 2026. All work must be completed in accordance with the specified BOQ and general terms and conditions provided by the institute.
