Description / Scope of Work
The Sukkur IBA University in Jacobabad, Sindh invites sealed bids for the construction and rehabilitation of the college boundary wall along with the repair and maintenance of washrooms at the IBACC Jacobabad campus. This civil works project has an estimated cost of 13.00 million PKR and is scheduled for completion within a twelve month timeframe. The scope of work encompasses dismantling existing structures, excavation, reinforced cement concrete footings, masonry, plastering, and comprehensive plumbing upgrades including the installation of new sanitary fixtures and water supply systems. Interested contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above with specialized code CE-10(i). Additionally, bidders must demonstrate financial soundness with an average annual turnover meeting the project cost and provide a bid security of 260,000 PKR. The procurement process will be conducted electronically through the EPADS system. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the portal by 03:00 PM on 04 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same day.
