Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development Department in Battagram, KPK invites sealed tenders for a wide range of development projects under Provincial ADP No. 941/250164 and ADP No. 240244. The scope includes twenty-six distinct packages focused on uplifting and beautification activities such as infrastructure improvement, monument construction, street lighting, and green space development across Union Councils including Ajmera, Gajbori, Kuzabanda, and Battagram. Additionally, the department is seeking bids for the construction of water bores, water tanks, and sanitation systems in multiple districts. These works are based on MRS 2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and non-MRS items, following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the required category, KPRA (active status), FBR (active NTN), and the EPADS system. A 2 percent bid security is required for each package, with total project costs reaching approximately 200 million Rupees. All applications and bid submissions must be processed electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal.
