Description / Scope of Work
The Military Engineer Services in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a comprehensive series of infrastructure and maintenance projects under the 31 Corps Area of Responsibility. The scope of work is extensive, including the upgrading of electrical transformers, cables, and street lighting, as well as the improvement of Sui gas and water supply networks across the 35 Division. Construction activities involve road and footpath upgrades at DNS and Bahawalpur Cantonment, flooring and ramp installations for vehicle sheds, and the provision of solar systems for residential and non-residential accommodations. Additional projects include the construction of POL stores, MT offices, and washing pits for AD Regiments at MHS Gar. Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors on the approved MES list D and above, or those with verified experience in similar works over the last two years. Applications for tender documents must be submitted to the Additional Chief Engineer 31 Corps Bahawalpur for scrutiny. The final deadline for the submission of bids is 11:30 AM on 18 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same date.
