Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids for the procurement of training material for mechanical technology at Govt. College of Technology Samanabad in Faisalabad, Punjab. The estimated contract value is Rs. 999,300 for the 2026-27 session. This is a single stage one envelope national competitive bidding process open to active tax bidders registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and contain detailed specifications and requirements for the training materials.
Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers with current Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates. A refundable bid security of Rs. 49,965 (equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated amount) must be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. The evaluation will be conducted on an accumulative cost basis using the least cost method, meaning the lowest total bid price across all items will determine the winning bidder. Only tax registration documentation and compliance with bidding document requirements are mandatory.
Bidders must submit completed bids online through the E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 10 October 2026. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. All required documentation, including income and sales tax certificates and supporting papers as specified in the tender document, must accompany the submission. Prospective bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline rather than waiting until the last moment.
