Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Seed Corporation invites online bids for civil and allied works across multiple PSC facilities in Punjab including Khanewal, Sahiwal, Rahim Yar Khan, Piplan and Toba Tek Singh. The tender encompasses seven lots covering paint work, waterproofing treatment, office block repairs, culvert construction, tractor shed construction, turbine room and water course works, and boundary wall construction. The total estimated project cost ranges across multiple contracts with individual estimated costs from 1.382 million to 5.928 million rupees. Works are distributed across PSC Plant Khanewal and PSC Farms Khanewal, with completion periods ranging from one to four months depending on the specific contract. This is a National Competitive Bidding process open to construction contractors, firms, companies and builders meeting specified eligibility criteria.
Bidders must be duly registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or higher and with the Communication & Works Department, Government of the Punjab. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each lot.
