Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Corporation Faisalabad in Faisalabad, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors for major urban revitalization projects centered around the historic Clock Tower (Ghanta Ghar) Enclave. This significant infrastructure initiative is divided into two primary lots: the revitalization of the Jhang Bazar and surrounding traditional bazars with an approximate cost of 309.02 million Rupees, and the revitalization of the Ameen Pur Bazar and civic infrastructure valued at approximately 203.67 million Rupees. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-3 or above for the year 2025-26 and possess a proven track record in executing similar public sector works. Participation is restricted to electronic submissions through the EPADS portal, and manual applications will not be accepted. Detailed pre-qualification documents and evaluation criteria are accessible via the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and EPADS websites. Interested contractors must ensure their registration on the EPADS system to remain eligible. The deadline for the submission of Request for Proposal documents is 11:00 AM on 14 May 2026.
