GEPCO (Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms for the procurement of electrical termination kits and cable joints. The tender covers seven line items including indoor and outdoor door termination kits in 1000 MCM and 500 MCM cable sizes, 4-AWG termination kits, and 400 units of straight joints for 500 MCM cable. Total quantity across all items is approximately 1,000 units. The procurement is budgeted under FY 2026-27 and delivery is required within 120 days from purchase order issuance at GEPCO Warehouse in Wazirabad, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered or prequalified with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers. A bid guarantee of PKR 0.600 million is required in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft. Participating firms must demonstrate an average annual turnover of PKR 23.00 million for the last three financial years. Equipment must be type-tested by designated laboratories as per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023; undertakings to conduct fresh type tests will not be accepted. Bid prices must include GST and all applicable duties and taxes, and bids must remain valid for 150 days.

Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before the tender opening date of 08 October 2026 at 11:05 AM.
