Description / Scope of Work
GEPCO (Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited) invites electronic bids for procurement of digital measurement equipment comprising AC/DC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeters (2000A primary side, 8 units), AC True RMS Digital Clamp Multimeters (100A secondary, 24 units), and Digital Multi Meters (23 units). The equipment must originate from USA, Europe, Japan or equivalent manufacturers with sample selection. This is a non-construction, goods procurement tender under reference NCB-STG15 for FY 2026-27, with free delivery required at GEPCO Ware House Wazirabad in Punjab. Total bid guarantee required is PKR 0.100 million, and delivery must be completed within 120 days of purchase order issuance.
Eligible bidders must be registered or prequalified with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS or PPMC as authorized dealers, manufacturers or suppliers. An average annual turnover of PKR 3.820 million for the last three years is required. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee or demand draft. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 on or before the tender opening date. Equipment must be already type-tested from designated laboratories per NTDC Type Test Policy 2023; submissions of undertakings to conduct fresh type tests will not be accepted. Bids must remain valid for 150 days with bid guarantee validity extending 28 days beyond the bid validity period.
E-bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids will be opened on 08 October 2026 at 11:00 AM using Single Stage-Two Envelope Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bid prices must include GST and all applicable duties and taxes. Bidders should regularly check the EPADS website for clarifications and may submit queries no later than three days before the tender opening date.
