The National Bank of Pakistan in Swat, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for the specialized construction project involving the conversion of an ordinary safe room into a reinforced cement concrete strong room at the NBP Ghalegay Branch. This infrastructure improvement tender is specifically designed for the RO Swat region and requires high-security construction standards to meet banking regulations. Interested firms must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in financial category C-6 or above, specifically holding specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate a proven track record by having completed at least three similar nature projects valued up to 25 million within the last three years for reputable financial institutions or multinational corporations. Financial participation requires a bid security of 40,000 Rupees submitted as a physical instrument before the deadline. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded through the PPRA EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
