The National Bank of Pakistan in Swat, KPK invites sealed e-tenders for the specialized construction project involving the conversion of an existing ordinary safe room into a Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) strong room at the Manyar Branch. This security infrastructure upgrade is a critical project requiring high-quality engineering and adherence to bank safety standards. Interested contractors must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, specifically holding specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate a proven track record by having completed at least three similar nature projects valued at up to 25 million within the last three years for reputable financial institutions or national companies. All participants must be active on the Federal Board of Revenue and Provincial Revenue Board tax lists. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Technical and financial proposals, accompanied by a bid security of 40,000 Rupees, must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the project expected to be completed within a forty-five day timeframe.
