The National Bank of Pakistan in Swat, KPK invites sealed bids for a specialized construction project involving the conversion of an ordinary safe room into a reinforced cement concrete (RCC) strong room at the NBP Kabal Branch. This critical infrastructure project, managed by the Engineering Wing North, is designed to enhance the security and structural integrity of the branch's storage facilities. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above, specifically holding specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. The procurement follows the single stage one envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(a). To be eligible, bidders must demonstrate a successful track record of completing at least three similar banking or multinational projects within the last three years. The total completion time for the works is 45 days from the date of commencement. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal with a bid security of 40,000 Rupees. The final deadline for submission is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026.
