The National Bank of Pakistan in Chitral, KPK invites sealed bids for the construction project involving the conversion of an ordinary safe room into a reinforced cement concrete RCC Strong Room at the NBP Garam Chashma Branch under the Swat Regional Office. This infrastructure upgrade is conducted following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36a. Eligible contractors must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specific specialization codes CE-10 and EE-04. Furthermore, bidders are required to demonstrate a successful track record by providing evidence of completing at least three similar banking sector projects within the last three years. The procurement process is managed electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System EPADS portal. Interested firms must submit their technical and financial proposals along with a bid security of 40,000 Rupees. The project has a strictly defined completion period of 45 days from the date of commencement. All electronic submissions must be finalized on the EPADS platform by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026
