Description / Scope of Work
The Program Management Unit of Tourism Development Corporation Punjab invites competitive bids for the improvement, revitalization and upgradation of TDCP Tourist Resort located at Kaller Kahar in District Chakwal, Punjab. This civil works project is valued at Rs. 13.946 million and falls under ADP Scheme No. GS-2764. The scope encompasses comprehensive renovation and development of the resort facility to enhance its tourist appeal and operational standards. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) under a single-stage two-envelope bidding process in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority regulations 2024.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be well-reputed firms registered on Punjab e-PS with valid PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) License in the relevant civil and electrical categories with codes, active filer status with NTN (National Tax Number) and PRA registration. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with all mandatory technical criteria specified in Section III of the tender documents. The bid security amount required is 0.697 million rupees, representing 5% of the estimated project cost, to be deposited online. Bidders must maintain valid PEC licenses until June 2027 at minimum.

Bids must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-PS on or before 14 October 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM.
