The Centre for Excellence for CPEC in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed e-tenders for the comprehensive up-gradation and renovation of its office space located at the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics within the Quaid-i-Azam University Campus. This project encompasses a wide range of civil and finishing works including dismantling existing structures, the installation of high-quality porcelain and wooden flooring, 12mm tempered glass partitions, and specialized wooden louvers for walls and ceilings. The scope further extends to plumbing works, external light-weight pre-fabricated structures with aluminum curtain walls, and sandwich panel roofing. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and maintain active status on the Federal Board of Revenue tax lists. Participation is conducted strictly via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. A bid security of 1.5 million Rupees is required. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026.
