Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the comprehensive renovation of the Usman Block Disposal Station located within the Garden Town Sub Division. This government project involves a diverse scope of work including civil dismantling of concrete and brickwork, installation of high-quality porcelain glazed tiles, and the application of cement plaster and pointing across panel rooms and washrooms. The renovation also covers significant finishing works such as painting metal surfaces, doors, and windows, as well as the provision of solid flush doors and G.I. pipe railings. Technical requirements extend to sanitary and electrical installations, featuring the provision of water closets, flushing cisterns, CP bathroom sets, and various electrical components including LED floodlights and exhaust fans. Interested contractors must hold a valid license from the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C6 or above with specialized codes CE-09 and 10. All participants must be registered with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and must submit their electronic proposals through the EPADS portal no later than 09:00 AM on 12 May 2026.
