Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites bids for provision of Service Level Agreement (SLA) uncompressed and unshared MPLS connectivity services under procurement reference P16808. The scope encompasses supply and delivery of dedicated MPLS connectivity infrastructure to support FESCO's network operations in Punjab. This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) following open competitive bidding methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 400,000 (Four hundred thousand rupees only) in the form of a Pay Order or Banker's Cheque made payable to the Chief Executive Officer FESCO. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure, and all submissions must comply with detailed specifications and terms provided in the e-bidding documents available on the ePADS portal.
Bidders must submit e-bids through ePADS v2.0 on or before Friday, October 9, 2026 at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Unregistered vendors may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is available on FESCO's website, the ePADS portal, and www.ppra.org.pk.
