The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids for the hiring of various vehicles and machinery for the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha 2026 operations. The scope of work involves providing approximately 34 open Suzuki Ravi pickups, 24 hydraulic tractor trolleys, 7 large excavator machines, and 3 tractor shovel buckets to assist in municipal waste management and logistics during the holiday period. All provided machinery must be in excellent working condition and should not be older than five years. This tender follows an open competitive bidding process using the single stage one envelope procedure on the EPADS portal. Interested contractors and firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a minimum bank balance of 10 million Rupees to demonstrate financial capacity. A bid security of 177,600 Rupees is mandatory for participation. The deadline for online submission through the EPADS system is scheduled for 11:00 AM on 12 May 2026, with the opening of bids occurring shortly thereafter at 11:30 AM.
