Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Punjab's Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority invites sealed bids for the procurement of training materials for Metallurgy & Welding Technology and Foundry & Pattern Making Technology programmes at Govt. Swedish Pakistani College of Technology, Gujrat. This single-stage, one-envelope procurement is issued under reference TEVTA/GSPCT/GRT/T-M/MW&FPM/2026-27/2933 and seeks to supply specialized equipment and consumables to support vocational training delivery in metallurgical and welding disciplines. The procurement is limited to qualified suppliers capable of delivering internationally standard training materials to meet curriculum requirements in these technical fields.
Bidders must be registered with the National Tax Board (NTN) and have valid Sales Tax Registration. Organisations must not be blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government Department, Agency or Autonomous Body in Pakistan. Bid security as specified in the tender document must accompany all submissions. Bidders are required to read and comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the standard bidding document, including warranty, maintenance and after-sales service obligations.
Bid documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically via the same portal no later than 13 October 2026 at 10:00 AM.
