Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Highway Department (North Zone) in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for the annual repair and maintenance of various road networks across the region. This procurement specifically targets the repairing of patch work and general maintenance for road schemes in Tehsil Kamoke and Tehsil Wazirabad, organized into three distinct groups. The scope of work involves high-quality infrastructure maintenance, requiring the use of specialized machinery such as concrete batching plants and paving machines for rigid pavement, as well as mechanized systems for surfacing. To be eligible, participating firms must be actively registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the current financial year and must also be registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority and income tax departments. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal. The deadline for online bid submission is 10:00 AM on 11 May 2026, with the opening of tenders scheduled for 10:30 AM on the same day at the Highway Circle office in Gujranwala.
