Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tea material under reference MND/TE/010/2026 with project reference P134628. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with funds already reserved by the organisation. This is a goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement office is located at SNGPL Stores Department, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan City, Punjab.
All eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to participate. Bidders must submit a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents in accordance with the applicable procurement guidelines. The bidding documents contain detailed terms and conditions, specifications, eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and all requirements for participation in this procurement process.

Bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 12, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM.
