Description / Scope of Work
The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) is inviting prequalification applications from national suppliers for a closed framework agreement to supply miscellaneous goods on an on-demand basis. This procurement is funded through Non-ADP sources and aims to establish a vendor panel through a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. The framework agreement will remain valid for a period of nine months following contract signature. Successful prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent call-off procurement proceedings throughout the framework period, with the initial invitation to bid expected to be issued on Friday, September 25, 2026. The procurement is national in scope, with the procuring office located in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
