Attock Refinery Limited in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed bids from authorized parties for the disposal of various industrial waste materials and sludge on an as-is, where-is basis. The scope of this tender includes the disposal of sludge from Tank-3A, Tank-3, and the C-Separator, as well as sludge recovered from distillation units and ETP-II. Additionally, the refinery is seeking bids for the disposal of waste bitumen with drums. A significant portion of this requirement involves a rate running contract for a period of twelve months. Interested bidders must be formally registered with the Environment Protection Agency and are required to present a valid EPA Certificate to obtain the official tender documents. Site inspections at the refinery premises in Morgah are available between 0900 and 1600 hours on working days through May 05, 2026. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed in the tender package, which is available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300 Rupees.
