Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited invites sealed bids for the procurement of Single Phase Low Tension (LT) Type CT Operated and High Tension (HT) Type CT & PT Operated Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Smart Energy Meters for supply to LESCO's operations across Punjab. This international competitive tender is issued under reference P127012 for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement encompasses supply of sophisticated smart metering equipment designed for automated meter reading and energy data management in both low and high voltage distribution networks.
Bidders must be eligible under Pakistani procurement regulations and registered on EPADS v2.0. Bid security is required in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or alternatively a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must comply with the technical specifications, general and special conditions of contract, integrity pact requirements, and performance guarantee provisions outlined in the complete bidding documents available on the EPADS portal.

Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and submit sealed electronic bids on or before Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 10:30 AM.
