The Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East, Karachi invites sealed bids through the E-PADs (Acquisition and Disposal System) for beautification work from Karachi Food (Karachi Haleem) to Nizam Milk Shop at Main Shahrah-e-Faisal Service Road UC-01, PECHS, TMC Chanesar District East in Karachi, Sindh. The estimated project cost is PKR 29,99,972 with a new works budget of PKR 2.9997 million and additional funds of PKR 3.00 million allocated. This is a single-stage single-envelope procurement under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended to date), inviting eligible contractors, firms and companies to submit competitive bids.
Mandatory qualification criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax and Sales Tax where applicable) and with Sindh Revenue Board, maintain audited financial statements for the last three years, demonstrate minimum turnover and at least three years of relevant experience with minimum two completed projects of PKR 04 million value. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred by any procurement agency, and a bid security of 5 percent of the project cost (PKR 1,499,986 approximately) is required. Each bid must comprise one single envelope containing financial proposal and required information as specified in bidding documents.
Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS website (http://portalsindheprocurement.gov.pk) from 25 September 2026 to 11 October 2026 during office hours (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM). Bids must be submitted and uploaded on the EPADS website by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 12 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Director (Parks) Department office, TMC Chanesar District East. A non-refundable tender cost of PKR 3,000 must be paid through bank pay order from any scheduled bank in favor of TMC Chanesar District East, Karachi, before bid opening. In case of public holiday on the opening date, bids will be opened on the next official working day.
