Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure development and beautification projects across various union councils. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation and improvement of public infrastructure, installation of street lights in areas such as Maryam Zai, Badbher, Mattani, and Hayatabad, as well as the construction of a public park at Mattani and a road with drains and footpaths from Mattani to Gulzar Chowk. These projects are based on MRS 2025 and Non MRS items, following a single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the PEC and enlisted with the C&W Department. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS system, with physical financial proposals sent via registered courier to the Assistant Director's office. A bid security of two percent of the estimated cost is required in the form of a call deposit. The final deadline for electronic tender submission is 12:30 PM on 14 May 2026.
