Nishtar Institute of Dentistry Multan invites electronic bids for the purchase of medical equipment required for the financial year 2026-27. This single-stage two-envelope procurement is conducted on a free delivery basis to the consignee end location in Multan, Punjab. The tender requires submission of online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (E.P.), with an earnest money requirement of 2% of the estimated value. Single false statements result in permanent disqualification and blacklisting.
Bid documents may be obtained from the Nishtar Institute of Dentistry, Multan during official working hours. Bids must be typed, signed by authorized representatives with initials on every page, and uploaded carefully on the E-Procurement portal. The procurement agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Bid validity is 90 days from the opening date.
