Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), operating under the Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites bids for rehabilitation and maintenance of roof and electric work for the Revenue Office (ST&AWT) at Misri Shah, Lahore. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 1,994,837.86, and the scope involves roof rehabilitation and electrical maintenance work at the specified government office location in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above, along with active filer NTN and PNTN status. The digital bid security requirement is 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 59,846, to be deposited in favour of WASA Lahore. Bidders must submit a PRA Certificate and NTN certificate from the concerned Income Tax Office. The bidding will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure, and all rates must be quoted as a percentage above or below the standardized schedule of rates.
Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ and on the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 12-10-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bids shall not be accepted. All bidders must complete e-stamp paper of Rs. 8,000 upon contract award. The bid validity period is 120 days from submission.
