Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) is procuring non-consultancy labor services for paint work at its Lahore campus located in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the ePADS v2.0 portal using an open competitive bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection technique. The university has reserved funds to cover eligible payments under this contract for painting work at the Defence Road campus location in Lahore City.
Bidders must be registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform and are required to submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or bid securing declaration as prescribed in the bidding document. Eligible bidders must comply with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and all regulations issued by the relevant authority. The procurement follows single stage-one envelope procedure for fair and transparent competition.
Bidding documents are available on the ePADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/137133. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submission is not entertained.
