Description / Scope of Work
The Heavy Mechanical Complex in Taxila, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable and experienced security companies for the provision of comprehensive security services at its facility. Interested firms must prepare their bids in accordance with the specific instructions outlined in the bidding documents, which are available through the Department of Supply Chain Management. A non-refundable tender fee of 1,500 Rupees in the form of a CDR or Pay Order in favor of HMC is required to obtain the detailed documentation. The organization has clarified that it will not be responsible for PESSI deductions for any participating security service providers. All sealed proposals must be addressed to the CFO and deposited in the tender box located at the Admin Block by 1400 hours on May 13, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly at 1430 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. HMC retains the right to accept or reject any bids or annul the process at any stage prior to the contract award.
