The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites sealed proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA) from eligible bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of pain management equipment (Package No. 48) on a DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research in Lahore. The estimated procurement value is approximately PKR 90 million with bid security set at PKR 1,800,000. This is a one-time purchase to equip the cancer treatment facility with specialized pain management systems, reflecting the healthcare infrastructure development priorities in Punjab.
All interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. Bidders are required to obtain the RFP Notice and RFP Document containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions from the registered section on the Punjab e-Procurement System or visit the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. The response time for submission shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Authority's website.
Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with RFP instructions must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 14th October, 2026, no later than 02:30 PM, with technical proposals opening on the same day at 03:00 PM. All proposals received through any mode other than the Punjab e-Procurement System shall not be considered. If the final submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
