Description / Scope of Work
The Town Committee Thana Bula Khan in Jamshoro, Sindh invites electronic bids for significant infrastructure development projects for the 2025-26 financial year. The scope of work includes two primary schemes: the construction of a substantial retaining wall along the Main Road from Kohistan Petrol Pump to Baba Baqir Shah Road, and the provision and laying of a sewerage line across various locations in Ward Number 05. The estimated cost for these projects is approximately 25.9 million and 2.8 million Rupees respectively. To be eligible, bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, the Sindh Revenue Board, and the Pakistan Engineering Council. Interested firms must demonstrate a minimum financial turnover of 4 million over the last five years and provide evidence of successfully completing similar projects. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS portal. The deadline for the first attempt at submission is 11:00 AM on 11 May 2026, with a secondary submission date provided for 26 May 2026 if necessary.
