Description / Scope of Work
The Additional Chief Engineer (Army) 31 Corps in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed tenders for a wide range of infrastructure and facility improvement projects across the 31 Corps Area of Responsibility. The extensive scope of work includes the upgradation of electrical cables and streetlights, gas and water supply networks, and the construction of roads and footpaths at DNS and Bahawalpur Garrison. Additional packages cover the provision of solar systems, roof chemical treatments, and the construction of specialized facilities like POL stores, MT offices, and store blocks for AD Regts. General maintenance and repair of residential and non-residential buildings, including sewerage and external services, are also required for various stations including Mailsi, Sama Satta, and Oka Garrison. Eligible contractors must be on the approved list ‘D’ and above of Military Engineer Services (MES) or provide comprehensive proof of relevant experience for the last two years. Applications for tender documents must be submitted to the Additional Chief Engineer’s office for scrutiny. Final technical and financial proposals must be received no later than 11:30 AM on 18 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day.
