Description / Scope of Work
The District and Sessions Court in Jamshoro, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for several infrastructure and technology upgrades across various judicial facilities for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes the establishment of e-libraries at the Judicial Complex Taluka Sehwan, Taluka Bar Association Sehwan, Judicial Complex Thana Bula Khan, and the Taluka Court Thana Bula Khan. Additionally, the project involves the installation of a solar power system at the Judicial Complex Sehwan and a 3KW solar unit at the Sehwan Bar Association. Each e-library project has an estimated cost of 1.19 million Rupees. Eligible contractors must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C6 or above, the Sindh Revenue Board, and maintain active NTN and CNIC records. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security of the estimated cost and participate exclusively through the SPPRA E-PADS system. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on 11 May 2026 at the Meeting Hall of the District and Sessions Court Jamshoro.
