The University of Karachi in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed e-tenders for an annual framework contract regarding various binding works and related services for the institution. The scope of work is extensive, covering fifty-two distinct categories including chapa pasting, numbering on enrolment cards, stapling booklets, register binding from one hundred to one thousand pages, and the production of specialized items like provident fund registers and file covers with eyelet fittings. The procurement also encompasses the preparation of answer books ranging from eight to forty pages and the binding of log books and peon books. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant Sales Tax, SRB, and NTN authorities and possess at least three years of experience in the relevant field. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equal to two percent of the total contract value and a non-refundable tender fee of three thousand Rupees. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:30 AM on 19 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM the same day.
