Punjab Power Development Company Limited (PPDCL) under the Energy Department, Government of the Punjab, invites pre-qualification applications from local and international firms, companies, joint ventures and EPC contractors for the CO2 Capture Plant project at Gujjar Colony, Lahore. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Applicants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 or above. Foreign companies may participate in joint venture with a local firm holding PEC registration in C-2 category or above, subject to adherence to relevant PEC rules, bylaws and registration policies.
