Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through the Resident Engineer at Mangla Power Station invites electronic bids for multiple procurement and installation projects. The scope of work includes the procurement of Tele Radio AB (Remote) for Gantry Cranes, spare radiator fans for 220KV power transformers, a new photocopy machine, and the installation of perimeter electric fencing at the Mangla warehouse. Eligible participants must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or registered service providers listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List. This procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure conducted exclusively through the Electronic Procurement and Auction System (EPADS). Bidders are required to submit specific bid securities for each lot, ranging from 25,000 to 200,000 PKR, in the form of a CDR or Bank Guarantee. Project completion timelines vary between 30 and 120 days depending on the specific tender. All electronic proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 10:00 AM on 14 May 2026, with bid openings scheduled to commence shortly thereafter at their respective designated times.
