A one-off fire alarm and fire-fighting system installation contract for a multi-building hospital complex in Multan, estimated at 8 million rupees.
The scope is moderate in equipment count but distributed across nine separate units, requiring coordination and multiple on-site visits. Bidders must maintain a physical office in Multan for post-installation support. One-year warranty and free parts replacement are mandatory. The tight closing date relative to typical procurement timelines and requirement for trained staff and Civil Defence certification narrow the eligible field significantly.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities (NTN and sales tax), hold a valid Civil Defence of Pakistan certificate, and not be blacklisted or suspended by any government institution. Typically, for fire safety system supply and installation, bidders should also hold relevant SECP registration and product certifications compliant with European standards (LPCB approved). Must demonstrate prior supply of similar systems to government entities.
