Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority Punjab (IDAP) in Lahore, Punjab invites applications for the pre-qualification of contractors for the construction of a purpose-built Film and Music School. Located within the Punjab Film City, this landmark institutional development has an estimated project cost of 2,350 million Rupees and covers a total area of approximately 144,875 square feet across two basements, a ground floor, and four additional stories. The scope of work encompasses academic and training spaces, recording studios, black box theatres, a main performance hall, and integrated audio-visual and ICT infrastructure. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-B or above and have significant experience in civil and MEP works. The procurement process is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), requiring technical expertise in acoustically treated environments and specialized media facilities. Detailed pre-qualification applications must be e-signed and submitted through the EPADS portal no later than 03:00 PM on 19 May 2026, with the opening of applications scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same day at the IDAP headquarters in Gulberg III.
