The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited in Kot Addu, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced contractors for the construction of an office building and residence for the Deputy Manager of Internal Audit. This comprehensive civil works project encompasses a wide range of construction activities including earthwork excavation, reinforced concrete work for roof slabs, beams, and columns, and the fabrication of high grade mild steel reinforcement. The scope further includes high quality finishing works such as porcelain glazed tile flooring, the installation of aluminum windows, and extensive internal and external painting. Electrical installations are also a primary component of the project involving the provision of single core PVC insulated copper cabling and energy efficient ceiling fans. Interested bidders must provide a two percent earnest money deposit of the total estimated cost and demonstrate technical capability by employing qualified engineering personnel for supervision.
