The Allama Iqbal Open University in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids for the hiring of well-established courier services to handle the delivery of mail within Pakistan for the financial year 2025/26. This procurement follows an Open Framework Agreement approach with an initial contract duration of two years, subject to extension based on performance. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue taxpayers list. The bidding process is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested participants are required to submit a bid security of 500,000 Rupees. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 11 May 2026 at the Academic Complex in Sector H-8 to address technical queries. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 18 May 2026, while the original bid security instrument must be delivered physically one day prior to the submission deadline.
