Description / Scope of Work
Lahore High Court, Multan Bench invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of miscellaneous stationery items for the financial year 2026-27 under Tender No. 1/2026-2027. The scope includes six main items: Ball Point Piano Jel Flo Gel pens (1000 packets), water-resistant dampers (200 units), brown large envelopes with malmal/cloth layer (4000 units), brown medium envelopes (8000 units), brown small envelopes (7000 units), and soft rubber erasers (220 units). The estimated total cost including all taxes is approximately PKR 732,360, with a 3% Bid Security requirement of approximately PKR 21,970. This procurement is intended to support the administrative and operational needs of the court located in Multan, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with relevant Pakistani authorities and hold current Professional Tax Certificates and Income Tax certificates or PST certificates. Bid security must be provided in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. Offers must be valid for 90 days from the date of opening and submitted without ambiguity or conditional clauses. Bidders from the approved vendor list of the court are eligible to participate, and proposals must strictly conform to the specifications and quantities outlined in the bidding document.
E-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the closing time of 10:00 AM on October 20, 2026. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day by the Purchase Committee in the office of the Additional Registrar (Judicial) at Lahore High Court, Multan Bench. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder as per PPRA rules. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all terms and conditions specified in the bidding document and provide all required documentation for evaluation on a lot basis.
