The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders for the supply of biodegradable bags and lunch boxes for the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha 2026. This procurement, managed by the Solid Waste Management directorate, is divided into two distinct lots. The first lot covers the supply of biodegradable bags with an estimated cost of 19.33 million Rupees and a required bid security of 579,900 Rupees. The second lot involves providing lunch boxes containing chicken pulao or chicken biryani for the first and second days of Eid, valued at approximately 4.71 million Rupees with a bid security of 141,540 Rupees. Eligible contractors must be duly enlisted with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and possess valid NTN and GST registrations. All technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System portal. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM for the bags and 1:00 PM for the lunch boxes on 29 April 2026.
