Tender For Different items

DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad in Faisalabad, Punjab, invite electronic bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract covering 18 general store items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a procurement valued at 8 million rupees on an item-wise basis from well-reputed firms registered in relevant categories on the Punjab E-Procurement System. The contract will supply consumable and general store materials required for the ongoing operations of both hospitals serving the Faisalabad district.

Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System in relevant product categories. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favor of the Medical Superintendent DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad before the tender closing date. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 2 percent of the total contract value in the form of CDR, bank draft, or bank guarantee. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cutting, overwritten, and doubtful bids will be rejected. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes.

Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab E-Procurement portal ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System by 10:30 AM on 10 August 2026 and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent.
