The Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Government of Punjab invites eligible bids from authorized distributors for procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of power backup supply systems including generator and solar system, along with allied equipment comprising air conditioner, water dispenser and refrigerator for the year 2026-27. The project is undertaken under the ADP Scheme titled CM Punjab: Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase-I) with an estimated cost of Rs. 10.829 million on the Electronic Government Procurement platform. The equipment will be installed at the Livestock Complex located 3-km Toba Tek Singh Road near Ganji, Shakar Sugar Mills area in Jhang district, Punjab Province.
All bids must be submitted online by registered authorized distributors through the E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM in accordance with Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2013 (Amended). A simple stage two envelope procedure will be adopted. Bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated price in favor of the Tender document must be deposited as a Payment Slip ID (PSID) generated through E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM, with the scanned copy of Bank of Punjab deposit receipt uploaded with the Technical Proposal. The bid validity period extends to June 30, 2027.

Physical bids and late submissions will not be accepted. Technical E-bids must be uploaded on or before October 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM in the presence of firm representatives.
