Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) in Lahore, Punjab, invites electronic bids (e-Bids) for the procurement of General Store Linen Items for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This tender includes a wide range of items such as cotton bed sheets (white, grey, blue), polyester pillows, single bed blankets, patient and doctor gowns, abdominal sheets, and uniforms for ward boys, drivers, and security guards. The procurement is conducted under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPR-2014. Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS). A 2% bid security of the estimated cost is required. Technical proposals must be submitted online via e-PADS by 10:30 AM on 13 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day. Samples for all quoted items must be submitted to the General Store within three days of the technical proposal opening for evaluation.
