This is a recurring annual rate contract for maintenance materials and services on Kalri Baghar Division's water infrastructure in Thatta. The estimated value of Rs. 1.52 million suggests a medium-scale procurement. The short closing timeline (approximately two weeks from notice date) and requirement for valid PEC June 2027 and three years prior experience indicate the procuring authority expects established, tax-compliant firms. The recurring nature makes it suitable for local contractors with existing capacity in canal and bund maintenance.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC (June 2027) in relevant specialization, maintain FBR income tax and SRB sales tax registration on Active Taxpayer List, demonstrate average annual financial turnover of at least 50% of estimated cost over three financial years, provide tax returns certificate, and possess three years relevant work experience. Original documents must be presented on committee request.
