Two distinct irrigation projects: Rs27.11m solar tube well installation across 7 villages (2025-26) and Rs99m two-phase flood protection scheme along Adzai and Swat rivers (2026-27).
Solar work requires dual mechanical-electrical expertise; flood protection is civil-heavy. Combined portfolio suggests phased execution with overlapping timelines—bidders need capacity for concurrent projects. Above/Below evaluation indicates competitive pricing pressure; KPPRA governance adds procedural rigor. Notable: solarization component may require specialized suppliers beyond traditional irrigation contractors.
Who can bid: PEC Category 5+ mandatory: solar wells need EE-11 Full OR (ME-07 Full AND CE-10 Full); flood works need CE-04 Full or variants (ii/viii). Active KPPRA registration required. Valid CICs and authorized BOQ signatures compulsory. Typically, NTN and SECP registration also expected for financial credibility.
